Venturing Resident Camp

The Quapaw Area Council and the Camp Rockefeller staff offer numerous annual activities that are open to Venturers. Venturing Resident Camp, however, could easily be considered the most thrilling of our annual programs.

Resident Camp offers a variety of programming for co-ed Venturers. Venturers will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of programs including C.O.P.E., shooting sports, handicraft, cinematography/photography, hiking, orienteering, sailing, swimming, BSA Lifeguard, SCUBA, kayaking, cooking, advancement, climbing, mountain biking, and canoeing.

Crews are encouraged to attend as a group. However, our staff is prepared for provisional Venturers.

Other Venturing activities include COPE and Climbing Weekends.
